I offer a quiet, calm and confidential Nailsea based location for therapy and supervision.   I am happy to work via Zoom, Facetime or telephone if this is more convenient for you.  You can initially call or email me in order to discuss your needs briefly and for me to advise you about therapy. I have extensive experience supporting young and old from all walks of life with many of life's struggles:

Sometimes my clients choose Cognitive Behaviour Therapy as the best way forward as it will provide them with tools, strategies and insights to help them make the changes needed to improve their mood.  It involves exploring thoughts and behaviours to see how these have a knock-on effect on our emotions.  I can offer you short term or long lasting sessions and am dedicated to building a therapeutic relationship based on trust and integrity.

PERSON CENTRED COUNSELLING

Person centred counselling will give you the opportunity to talk to someone independent of your life about your feelings and personal circumstances. This offers you the chance to find your own solutions and self-understanding.  This may involve talking about the past, present or future - it's up to you.  You will be listened to without judgement and with empathy in a safe space without interruptions.  You can choose how long you attend for and review at any time how helpful you are finding the process. Since qualifying in person centred counselling, I have witnessed its positive impact in transforming countless lives.
